<p>The article presents findings of a pilot sociological study examining professional attitudes of Russian television employees toward AI avatars (neural anchors) as an innovative broadcasting technology. The empirical base consists of a structured survey (N = 56) conducted in January-February 2026, with institutional support from the Academy of Media Industry, among employees of 24 broadcasting companies across 13 regions of the Russian Federation - including federal state broadcasters, regional VGTRK affiliates, and independent regional channels. The sample encompasses two professional strata: creative staff (anchors, editors, correspondents, producers; n = 39) and managerial personnel (directors, editors-in-chief, department heads; n = 17). Analytical methods include descriptive statistics, Student’s t-test, Spearman rank correlation, and K-Means clustering; three composite indices were calculated for the managerial stratum: genre acceptance, technological optimism, and economic-managerial orientation. The results indicate that the technology is perceived as transitional (mean anthropomorphism score 4.77 out of 10), while trust in information delivered by AI anchors is critically low (1.54 points). A clear genre hierarchy of acceptable AI applications distinguishes routine, algorithmically predictable</p>
<kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>диффузия инноваций</kwd><kwd>медиатизация</kwd><kwd>парасоциальные отношения</kwd><kwd>цифровая трансформация</kwd><kwd>социология медиа</kwd><kwd>медиакомуникации</kwd><kwd>ИИ-ведущий</kwd><kwd>профессиональные установки</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>sociology of media</kwd><kwd>media communications</kwd><kwd>AI anchor</kwd><kwd>professional attitudes</kwd><kwd>diffusion of innovations</kwd><kwd>mediatization</kwd><kwd>parasocial interaction</kwd><kwd>digital transformation</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><ref id="ref1"><mixed-citation publication-type="other" xml:lang="ru">1.
